Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high-order volume periods.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Petal Vive is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
